Pre-game vs. Albany 11/3

Was rummaging through statistics this afternoon and found a couple worth sharing.
  • Adirondack enters tonight's game having allowed an average of 3.75 goals per game. That's the 29th-best total in the American Hockey League. Grand Rapids has allowed 3.88. Albany has 15 goals in seven games, but five of those came against Adirondack last Friday night.
  • Adirondack has won three games this season. In those three games, their power play has gone 5-for-22. That's pretty good. In their five losses, they're 0-for-28. Special teams has been key.
  • Brayden Schenn leads the team win nine points this season. All nine of them have come in multi-point efforts during Adirondack's three wins. He has no points in the team's five losses.
  • We've got another bunch of line-up changes after last night's loss. This will be the sixth straight game that Adirondack has dressed a different line-up than the preceding game. The only time the Phantoms dressed the same 18 skaters in consecutive games was Oct. 13 and Oct. 14.
